Chris founded Gadfly and has concentrated on building a cutting edge methodology to provide independent support for owners of major capital projects wishing to de-risk delivery performance, through an integrated programming process, management control system and governance framework. He previously designed an innovative and comprehensive software application for manufacturers to diagnose their financial exposure to operational and other risks, identify hidden value within all functions, and facilitate a systematic approach to mitigating identified exposures and realising value. In earlier years he worked for many clients of a global consulting firm, spanning a wide range of sectors, predominantly providing in-depth analyses of operational, financial and IT business risks and improvement opportunities for significant international clients. He finished as Operations Director for the Australia Pacific region and was appointed managing director of another firm before going his own way.
