Our consulting assignments, workshops and conferences
produce breakthrough solutions that cut across the silos and
are grounded, creative and actionable.
We always start with the question of whether there is a need for more data or simply better analysis. To avoid unnecessarily adding to the information overload problem, we slice existing data in different ways to get to the core of the problem and gain fresh insights. This then informs any further carefully targeted qualitative and quantitative work.
We believe that any research activity involving the target audience is an intervention in itself, therefore wherever practicable, we utilise our collaborative concepts and tools to conduct innovative action research. This aims to improve the way practitioners address issues and solve problems by strengthening their strategies, practices, and knowledge of the operating context in ‘real time’.
