David is an expert facilitator who uses fresh insight and inspiration to guide and challenge, drawing on the talents and expertise that exist within client organisations. He specialises in corporate branding, brand-led culture change, and innovation across all elements of the brand and customer experience. Starting out in retail marketing David spent 8 years as a board director of the international branding agency Added Value. He co-founded its South African operation in 1997 and set up brand and business transformation consultancy Cato Rea in 2002. He has consulted extensively with global business such as Unilever, Mars, Proctor and Gamble, VW, Volvo, and BDO as well as European businesses such as T-Mobile, Scottish & Newcastle, Austin Reed, Abercrombie & Kent and Kettle Chips.
