Over the past 30 years, Erik Jan has worked in a range of senior positions in commercial and general management positions in the healthcare industry, including in or with Innovex, Quintiles, Doctors.net, Yamanouchi/Astellas, CMIC (Japanese CRO/CSO), and Chugai. The scope of most roles was international with exposure to the complexities of working in global organisations with HQ in USA and Japan. This has provided valuable insights into the multi-cultural aspects of these businesses and how to influence and work effectively in multi-cultural businesses and environments.
